Hereditary Chief Walter Harris (1931–2009) was a Gitxsan artist from Kispiox, BC whose work centred on crest symbols, animals, and cultural narratives. An Officer of the Order of Canada and Governor General's Award recipient, he was represented by Douglas Reynolds Gallery
